Ms. Rhodes has been Senior Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) since January 2023 and has served on the company’s management team since 2021. She is responsible for leading Pennymac’s strategic mission to attract, grow and retain a highly talented workforce to fuel the organization’s sustainable success. In her role, her influence spans across all facets of the employee life cycle. This includes recruiting, compensation and benefits, leadership and talent development, performance management, career pathing and succession planning, as well as foundational HR disciplines to ensure Pennymac is an employer of choice. From 2004 to 2021, Ms. Rhodes was employed at PNC Bank. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PNC Bank from 2017 to 2021, she was responsible for leading Human Resources for PNC’s retail distribution, including branch banking, call center, small business banking, mortgage origination, investments and operations. She holds an undergraduate degree from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
